• You are responsible for your Fitbit / Google and Apple account access.
• You are responsible for verifying synced data before acting on it.

Fitbit Health Sync is a data synchronization tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue app features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fitbit Health Sync is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and disconnecting Google Health (or Fitbit) access.
